- China rose to 11th place, leading in high-tech exports and R&D investments.
- Japan remained stable at 13th place, while Canada re-entered the top 15, taking 14th place for the first time since 2014.
- Other rising countries include Ireland (19th), Luxembourg (20th), Australia (23rd), and New Zealand (25th).
- In Latin America, Brazil (50th) leads, followed by Chile (51st) and Mexico (56th).
